Our formulation-grade tallow is produced from selected suet with an eye toward texture consistency and a low-aroma finish — intended for skincare, balms, and cosmetic applications. Cooking tallow is filtered for pantry use and cooking performance. Both are dry rendered. The primary differences are selection, target texture, and intended use.

Cooking tallow is available in 16 oz jars and larger formats by request. Formulation-grade tallow is available in small sample quantities and 16 oz jars, with larger formats available on request for qualified buyers.

Small orders typically ship or are ready for pickup within 1–2 weeks. Larger orders are quoted based on current production schedule.

We are primarily a local operation based in Central Texas. Local pickup and delivery are available within range. Shipping is offered in limited cases — please inquire.

Dry rendered is our standard method. Wet rendering is available on request for specific applications.

Both product lines have a mild, natural beef aroma — clean and low-intensity. We do not use chemical deodorizers. The dry-render process naturally produces a cleaner aroma than unfiltered tallow, but it is not odorless.
