A mild, natural beef aroma — low intensity and clean. We do not use chemical deodorizers. Most formulators find it compatible with their fragrance or essential oil additions.

We produce to defined internal process standards and work toward dependable repeatability. Dry rendering naturally produces some batch variation; we monitor texture and filtration across production runs.

Cool, dry, and out of direct light. Refrigeration extends shelf life significantly. Avoid contamination by using clean utensils.
